Plot Summary: Major Benson Winifred Payne is animation discharged from the Marines. Payne is a killin' apparatus, on the other han the wars of the existence are no longer fought on the fiel. A livelihood Marine, he has no concept what to discharge just as a civilian, so his boss finds him a duty - superior assertiv official of a parish school's JROTC program, a heap or ragtag losers with no expectation. Using such teaching tools just as live grenades and authentic bullets, Payne starts to instill the corp with some expectation.
